WARMUP – Double under practice!

STRENGTH – DEADLIFT 4×2 working up to 80 percent, then 1 set @ 80% for max reps

METCON – 12 minute amrap

  • 3 Clean @ 185/125
  • 6 bar facing burpees
  • 9 kettlebell swings (2/1.5 pood)
