  • 250m Row or 200m Sprint
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 10 Burpees
  • 6 Pistols (3 each leg) – Sub 15 Air Squats
  • 6 Pull Ups
  • 6 Toes to bar
  • 10 KB Swings

Teams of 3: Partner 1 works, while partner 2 holds a plank position (front or side), partner 3 rests. Each partner must complete 4 rounds.
