06.13.13 Open Gym

GOALS: Take some time to think of a measurable goal and write it on the whiteboard when you come in! Challenge yourself  to better a weakness…You will soon be doing things you never thought were possible!

Thursdays will be designated as “your day”. Similar to an open gym, athletes can use Thursday class time to work on a goal, make up a missed wod from the week, practice their skills and technique, or work on mobility and recovery.
