Announcement: Saturday, July 7th, we are going to have a CrossFit Stealth BBQ. We will conduct our regular class schedule (WOD @9am and beginner WOD @10am) and then start the BBQ at around 11:30ish. If you plan on attending, please sign up on the whiteboard and let us know what you are bringing. Get ready for some good times… Did someone say slip N’ slide? You’ll just have to find out for yourself.

Warmup: Stretch/ 2 rounds of:

  • 5 push ups
  • 10 situps
  • 15 air squats

WOD: “Helen” 3 RFT

  • Run 400 meters
  • 21 Kettlebell swings (53/35#)
  • 12 Pull-ups
