1. CROSSFIT FOR JIMMY D: This Saturday, August 25th we will be hosting the 1st annual “CrossFit for Jimmy D”or The Jimmy D WOD fundraiser. On this day we will be doing a workout to honor a local hero who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Please show your support and join us in honoring him, and everything he stood for. The event is open to everyone and we welcome everyone to participate.  The event will kick off at 10 am with the beginner workout (so if you know anyone who might be interested in trying CrossFit, this will be a perfect opportunity to invite them). After the beginner WOD, the members of CrossFit Stealth with take part in a more grueling and intense workout at 11am. We ask that each participant donate $20 to the James D’heron Memorial Foundation (Sign up Here). In exchange for your support, we have a TON of prizes up for grabs and to raffle off.
