CrossFit Stealth 6 week Nutrition Challenge has arrived! We will kickoff the nutrition challenge with an hour long nutrition seminar and Q&A session on Saturday 9/7 and the challenge will begin on Monday 9/9!! Info packets will be distributed upon arrival to the nutrition challenge seminar. This will be an in depth lecture on scoring and rules followed by a Q&A session. Warmup: Stretch

Strength: EMOTM10 – 3 front squats (increase the weight 10 lbs every other minute) – 4 weight changes equaling 40#. Make sure you end with 85% of your 1RM.
