Tell us a little bit about yourself (family, job, sports, interests, etc.).

I work for ConEd in NYC as a Senior Systems Analyst/Project Lead. I am a big Soccer fan and a big Manchester United fan. My Interests are Technology, Sports and Fitness

What was your fitness routine before CrossFit?

I didn’t really have one other than occasional gym session and pickup soccer game

Why did you start doing CrossFit?

I started doing CrossFit to get in shape, be active, stronger, alert and just to keep the blood flowing to areas of the body that may be forgotten if I sat and done nothing.

What were your thoughts after your first CrossFit workout?

My thoughts were, I can actually do this and I will continue to do this for a while, and it’s exactly what I need.

What were your goals when joining CrossFit Stealth?

My goal is to get in shape, get stronger, more agile and flexible.

Have you achieved any of those goals?

Yes I can definitely say I have achieved them to some extent but more work is needed of which I believe more time will get me there.

Has CrossFit affected your life outside the box? How so?

Yes it has, I don’t struggle to wake up in the mornings anymore, I’m more upbeat and also more willing to do things that require some sort of physical effort, psychologically I see it as a mini workout.

How would you describe your experience at CrossFit Stealth?

It’s been great, very welcoming and I have met some very cool people that I actually look forward to seeing when attending a session.

How has CrossFit differed from any other training you’ve done in the past?

This is the first time I have had any instructor led training and I most certainly prefer it as opposed to training on your own. I like the comradery and the attention of a coach encouraging you to keep on going when you feel like giving up, coupled with being told when you are doing something wrong and shown how to do it the right way.

What advice would you give to a newbie just joining CrossFit Stealth?

Do not be discouraged by the free beginner class, which can be a little intimidating. Keep on coming you will get better and stronger.

Something you might not know about me is?

I played soccer Semi-Pro for Tottenham Youth team and I can sprint an 11 sec 100m dash. (Well I think I still can) LOL.

Oh and I like to PARTY! 😀
