Step 2: Attend.

Attending one of our FREE beginner classes is a great opportunity to check out our facility. We will also review everything from “what is CrossFit” to different class packages. You will also partake in a group stretch, dynamic warmup, and beginner style CrossFit workout.

Step 3: Enroll.

A firm grasp of the fundamentals is essential for the safety and effectiveness of the CrossFit programming. To that end, we need to spend more time with new athletes and give them a solid grounding in the fundamentals.

You will begin Private Coaching sessions or our Group Fundamentals Classes to teach you the fundamental movement patterns you need for CrossFit (and Life). This phase lasts 3 weeks.

Those that are familiar with CrossFit, and have completed a fundamentals (or similar) program, may Test-Out of the Fundamentals Program. It is pass or fail.

Fundamentals Classes

Our Fundamentals Beginners class meets 2 days a week for 3 weeks. Classes are 45 minutes, and follow the same curriculum of the private sessions. This class is for the generally healthy injury free individual whose ultimate goal is to join our group classes. New athletes will be introduced to the movements and methodologies of CrossFit in a group class atmosphere in a sequential order as we ramp the intensity. Make sure that you can commit to each day and time before enrolling into our Fundamentals classes. Any missed Fundamentals Classes must be made up via private makeup session before graduating to CrossFit Classes. If unsure if you are a candidate into our Fundamentals classes feel free to contact us,

Personal Coaching

The new athlete will need to complete a series of four (4), 1-on-1 private sessions. This will allow the new athlete to succeed and thrive in the group class atmosphere. If after your sessions, you still are not ready for classes, then you may continue at normal private training rates.
