In teams of 2 complete the following

  • 50 – BURPEES
  • RUN 400M
  • 80– PULLUPS
  • RUN 400M
  • 100 – Pistols / sx: Air squats
  • RUN 400M
  • 1500m Row
  • RUN 400m

one person works at a time. Break up reps however you’d like but Runs must be done together.
